Hey, as I’m still plagued by flu, there’s time for another blog post. Even though I haven’t been able to go running for days, I have decided it is better to leave it like this before I’m completely healthy again. Otherwise I would jeopardise the whole winter training season.
During the break from running I have basically watched a lot of Netflix series, such as Black Mirror, Narcos, and the Walking Dead. I usually prefer going out for a run in order to get some fresh air after the day at the office, but now it has been really nice to have some time at the computer and on the sofa. On the other hand, the sleep deprivation seems only to get worse due to the many interesting activities…
I am trying to figure out some ideas that could be realised as Web or Garmin watch apps. I’m not entirely satisfied with the running capabilities of Vívoactive HR, so it would be really nice to implement an app for interval workouts. On the other hand the app could be a really laborious one. Let’s see, whether I’ll ever get to start with that.
