Hi,
since the latest post not that much has happened, when it comes to the running and training. I had a week without almost any running, but after that I wanted to restart gradually with the training. However, I have been ill several days during the past few weeks. Hand, foot, and mouth disease caught me and made me incapable of running and doing any workouts for about a week.
Now that I finally feel pretty healthy again I’m starting with the running again. The next marathon will be in about 5 weeks in Braunschweig so I don’t have especially much time before that. Mostly I have ensure that I now keep healthy and get a couple of good key workouts (long runs, intervals and tempo runs). The primary target for the final marathon this year will be to get a steady run with the time at about 3.15. This will be hard after this year’s trainings haven’t been as good as expected. Let’s see…
Tomorrow will be the first long run after the marathon. I should start pretty early so that I can follow Berlin marathon on TV from the beginning. 🙂 Have a nice weekend, I’ll get back to my workouts soon!
