Tempo run

Hi,

Tonight there was a tempo run scheduled in my training plan, so off I went with the target of running about 15k at about my marathon pace. At the beginning of the workout I had a short warmup and then I picked up the pace gradually. The running felt pretty easy today, so even today’s run provided a great confidence boost for the upcoming marathon (just like the training last Sunday).

The weather was pretty perfect for running, about +14°C and lots of fresh air after a little shower. Tomorrow I intend to run a very peaceful recovery run, because tonight’s training was lot harder than those I have done lately in general.

Now, as exhausted as I am, the only option is to hit the bed. Until next time!
