The latest two runs were a bit easier due to the interval training on Thursday. On the Friday night I couldn’t go for a jog until pretty late so the distance was cut off a bit to provide time for recovery. Yesterday, on the other hand was harder than expected. It was mainly so because I had my son with me (in a bicycle carriage that also can be converted for running purposes). I had forgotten how much harder it is to push the carriage while running than just simply go for a run.

On Sunday I want to run a bit longer distance – maybe a 1,5 hours at a moderate pace. It’s about 1,5 months until the next 10k race so it’s time to push. Unfortunately the winter seems to be also here; until now I really have enjoyed the warm temperatures, but not the autumn rains. However, without any influence on the weather, it is best to accept it and just make the best out of each training.
