Hello there,
it has been a really busy week with lots of stress due to a business trip. Now it is over and there are some easier times ahead at the office before the big change in January. I’ll switch to another place of work and it will obviously cause a lot of pressure and stress, but that’s life…
Having run every day in November I can say that my legs feel very tired and I don’t want to run fast during hardly any workout. Let’s see how this goes when my new training plan is about to start tomorrow. I really want to follow it so I think the exercises for recovery have to be really easy.
Now feeling extremely tired so hitting the bed and try to write more tomorrow. Good night!
