Due to the family related issues my run yesterday was at a very late time. I generally don’t have anything against evening workouts, but then it also usually takes a while before I get to the bed. However, I wanted to continue my November streak even though I’m still uncertain if I’m going to continue until the end of the month…
The legs were tired and the overall feeling a bit melancholic, but at least I went out and did some running. Afterwards I obviously felt better so it was not wasted time. My workouts remain a bit unstructured until November 16 when I’m planning to start the new 10k program. I think it might be better to have a short break in the targeted training before going for another goal.
