Hey, this run was a bit unexpected as I originally was prepared to have a day off from the running, but then I got I reminded by a friend of mine about the November challenge that is about running on every single day of the month. I still consider, whether I will do the whole month through, but at least I don’t want to spoil the chances during the first days of the month. At the moment running is really enjoyable and I feel like I would like to only run. Let’s see how long this mood will last, but it is nice anyway.
The run itself was nothing special; when it comes to the pace I tried to maintain a pretty moderate pace in order to get some recovery from the previous training that was pretty hard. I plan to run also on Tuesday so more talk about running and training then. I also plan to compile a small post about my current training plan and what I should do during the next weeks to reach a totally new level of performance. 🙂
