Hi there, tonight’s run was a pretty brisk one. It happened again – after the marathon I really feel like running fast. This time I went for one of my standard routes aiming at a distance of about 10k. After the first few kilometres I started to pick the pace and as I felt really good I went on with a pace of about 4.20 min/km – 4.45 min/km. It really was an enjoyable run! I hope there will be plenty of this kind of workouts to come. 🙂
The weather was a bit dreadful due to the heavy fog out there. The temperature was about +6°C in the evening so I still can continue running with my shorts. I love it!
During the next few weeks I concentrate on improving my speed and especially aim at improving my 10k PB. The next opportunity for that will be at the beginning of January, but before that there will some nice workout coming up! Have a nice day!
