Today I woke up with a terrible feeling in the throat, but fortunately the feeling got better during the day… In the evening I just wanted to get some fresh air and keep the spirits high. I programmed TomTom to assist me to run at the fat burn pace (BTW, I should probably adjust the thresholds of different heart rate zones). Off I went to the thoroughly familiar route, but the weather was fine so I did not want to complain. The run itself was nice and without any issues. It looks pretty good for the marathon.
