The latest three runs

Sorry about the pause with the updates. I’ve had some issues in my personal life that have made it a bigger challenge to find time for writing blog posts than I expected. All in all – I’m still running. Last Sunday I did about a half marathon which was extremely hard compared to any training lately. That made me to draw the conclusion that I still haven’t been alright. Secondly, I pushed the button and ordered the brand-new TomTom Spark Cardio & Music. With this I should be able to be motivated and do lots of workout (also other things than merely running). The first experiences of the device have been positive, but I still hope TomTom will provide new features through updates (such as the notifications from a smartphone). I really love it not having to wear the heart rate belt any longer 🙂

The workouts remaining before Braunschweig just aim at keeping the thoughts for the marathon clear and to have some kilometres and keep the rhythm with running. The most important thing for now is to remain healthy!
