Even though still not feeling entirely fit I decided to put a bit more effort to today’s run. The overall feeling was better than on Sunday, but still I had the feeling that there’s something extra within the chest area – probably slime. So off I went and the pace was actually better than I thought. This has happened me also previously after a short running break. Maybe it has to do something with recovered legs or the motivation to show that you actually still are able to run.
The absolute highlight of the day was the moment when I overtook a cyclist and left him behind. That kind of activities really give a boost. 🙂
Now all I can hope is that I won’t get ill again. So better start going to bed and have a good sleep. Let’s see what tomorrow brings.
