Yesterday’s run was a bit shorter than the one “prescribed” in the training plan; the goal was to run 7-10 miles at Goal Marathon Pace including a warm-up and cool-down. So off I went with the target of running at about 4.30 – 4.40 min/km. Instead it was only about 10k, as I felt very tired and lacking the required energy to push until the end. Due to this I decided just to run home and that’s it.

Today there was so much else to do so no running, but instead preparing for tomorrow’s Fast Finish Long Run. Hopefully it goes well. The time is running out and the spirits and the self-confidence should go up gradually. I really would like to have a new toy for tracking my runs…
