Yesterday I decided to skip the training after a lousy day at work and due to an overwhelming exhaustion. Today it seemed like a right decision, as running felt enjoyable once again. On the other hand the pace was really easy. The workout was nothing special, but good for the head and helped me to cope with the high stress that my work from time to time causes.
Tomorrow I’ll try to accomplish the tempo run that would actually have been scheduled for today. Let’s see how tomorrow goes; now I want to keep healthy and also don’t want to get any additional pressure ’cause the marathon only is two weeks from now. During the final weeks of marathon training it is easy to do mistakes that could ruin the whole race.
