After a pretty heavy week this week is considerably lighter. Due to this I consider taking the trainings more seriously this week and follow the plan as closely as possibly. With about a month left one gradually starts thinking about the marathon and the target time. Obviously after a pretty good summer I won’t be happy with anything else than a new personal record.
Today’s workout was an easy run. I forgot to put the heart rate belt on so no statistics for that this time. Maybe I have to think about buying a Forerunner 225 and get rid of this kind of problems. I did the first two kilometres with a bit more moderate pace, but after that I wanted to push a little harder – more near the target marathon speed. This time the pace was about 4.40 – 4.50 min/km. The overall feeling was good so feeling great and really waiting for the challenge in Berlin.
