Hello, today I had one of the most intensive training sessions ever. The objective was to run three times three miles at about the 10k race pace. In between there was a recovery time of 4 minutes, plus obviously the warmup and cooldown. In the end I’m pretty satisfied with today’s outcome; I could push relatively well, even though three miles is quite a long interval as I haven’t done such for a while.

Now being so exhausted I have to hit the bed. Maybe I’ll try to analyse the workout a bit more tomorrow…
