I don’t normally do any long run during the regular working days, but as there was on the training plan, it felt like a nice challenge to try to find the time and energy after the work and family time to go for a round. The weather was really humid and quite warm (+18°C), but actually not that bad for running. The feeling was surprisingly well after only one day off so I hope my training gradually starts to bite. 🙂
Tomorrow I’ll try to manage a scheduled easy run. Let’s see how the legs talk then. 😉
