Today’s run contained 16 x speedy bursts (about at the pace of 5k or 10k race speed) with a duration of 1 minute each. In between there was 1 minute of recovery. In addition to that normal warmup and cooldown phases (this time I accomplished the cooldown by riding my bike from the city to home). The feeling during the run was way better, but still a bit tired. According to the current training program by Strava there won’t be a training session tomorrow so maybe it is better to have a bit easier week after increasing the mileage during the past few weeks.
